2. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in color or finish.
  • We make every effort to display accurate stock availability, but cannot guarantee stock at time of order.

3. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to confirmation via WhatsApp before processing.
  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method.
  • An order is only confirmed once you respond to the WhatsApp confirmation message.
  • Orders not confirmed within 15 minutes may be automatically cancelled and stock released.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund if applicable.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan.
  • Free delivery is available on orders over Rs. 10,000.
  • A standard shipping fee of Rs. 300 applies to orders below Rs. 10,000.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location and courier availability.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

You agree not to:

  • Place fraudulent or fictitious orders
  • Use our website for any unlawful purpose
